The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, extreme conditions (humidity, corrosion, exposure to oils or solvents, sudden temperature changes), improper storage, negligence, accidents, unauthorized alterations, normal wear, or damage to bases or furniture from other manufacturers. We are not liable for failures resulting from installing the SV30 on bases from other manufacturers.

- Due to defect or malfunction: replacement or repair at no additional cost.
- Due to change of mind: return within 15 days, with the product in perfect condition and original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. No additional restocking fees.
If these conditions (condition, deadline, packaging) are not met, esTABLEes reserves the right to refuse the return or refund. esTABLEes may replace the product with a new or refurbished one, and the original components become the property of esTABLEes.
Patents and Terms of Use
You are acquiring a system protected as EUROPEAN PATENT LEVELLER FOR FURNITURE LEGS. Acquiring the SV30 VERTICAL SYSTEM incorporates the “invention”: automatic stabilizing system for furniture legs (international vertical PATENT - TRIPLE A).
The acquisition, even if free of charge and/or as a sample, confers on the acquirer an obligation of confidentiality regarding the characteristics and conditions of the patented system, prohibiting the transmission to third parties of the technical information that the transfer makes known to them.
Modification of the product or its use for purposes other than those specified in the conditions of transfer (use without modifications and to level/stabilize furniture) is prohibited. It is also expressly forbidden to send physical samples or documentation of these elements to other suppliers or producing countries for their reproduction, in whole or in part.
Failure to comply with these or any other conditions and requirements derived from Patent legislation will result in immediate legal action against the infringer.
