Scope

These terms govern the business relationships of GUTIÉRREZ Y ORTEGA DISEÑO SL (esTABLEes) with professional hospitality customers.

The SV30 vertical system is sold for professional use only. The minimum order is 1 pack of 48 units with 2 installation tools, enough for 12 four-legged tables.

Warranty

esTABLEes products carry a 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the invoice date against any manufacturing or material defect. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.

Assembly

If you buy loose kits to fit on other manufacturers' bases, installation and machining are your responsibility.

Returns

• Standard products: you can return them within 15 calendar days of delivery.
• Made-to-measure or customized products: returns are not accepted, except for manufacturing defects.

Patent protection

esTABLEes systems are protected by patents, including the European patent “Nivelador para patas de muebles / Leveller for furniture legs”. By buying them, you agree to:

• Keep the technical details of the mechanism confidential.
• Not reverse-engineer, imitate, reproduce or modify the product.
• Not send samples to other manufacturers.

Breaching these obligations may lead to the legal action provided for under patent law.
