What data we process

The data you send us through the contact form, the quote request or by email:

• Full name, email and city. The contact form also asks for your country.
• Phone and company, if you choose to give them.
• Your message or project notes.
• For a quote request, the products in your selection, with their finish and quantity.
• The language of the page you write from, so we can reply in that language.

We don't ask for payment details and the site has no user accounts.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiries.
• To prepare and send the quotes you request.
• If we end up working together, to manage the business relationship: orders, deliveries, invoicing and warranty.

When you submit a form, we send you a confirmation email. We don't use your data to send you advertising: the form checkbox only records that you accept this processing.

Legal basis

• Enquiries and quotes: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the form checkbox. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@es-table.es; this does not affect processing carried out before.
• Business relationship: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and compliance with our legal obligations, such as tax and accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Enquiry and quote data, for as long as we need it to handle the request and follow up on it, or until you withdraw your consent. If it becomes a business relationship, for as long as that lasts and then for the periods required by commercial and tax law. After that, we delete it.

Who else has access

We don't share your data with other companies, except where the law requires it or an order's logistics need it, such as delivery. These providers process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

Vercel:

Hosts the website and the API that receives the forms.

n8n:

Self-hosted automation tool that receives the forms, stores the request and prepares the emails.

Supabase:

Database where we store enquiries and quote requests.

Brevo:

Sends the confirmation email you receive and the internal notification to our team.

International transfers

If any of these providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the appropriate safeguards the GDPR requires, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or its standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us for:

• Access: to know what data of yours we process.
• Rectification: to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: to delete it when it is no longer needed or you withdraw your consent.
• Restriction: to stop using it and only keep it, in the cases the GDPR provides for.
• Objection: to stop processing it, on grounds relating to your particular situation.
• Portability: to receive it in a structured, commonly used format, or have us send it to another controller.

Write to us by email, or by post to the address above, saying which right you want to exercise. If you think we haven't handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
